    2. Action Upon Receiving a Valid DMCA Notice

    Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:

    • Promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.

    • Notify the user who posted the material (if identifiable) of the removal and provide them with a copy of the DMCA notice.

    • Take reasonable steps to prevent further infringement.

    3. Counter-Notification

    If you believe your content was removed or disabled due to a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our DMCA Agent. Your counter-notification must include:

    • Your physical or electronic signature.

    • Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal.

    • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification.

    • Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.

    • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or the Southern District of New York if your address is outside the U.S.) and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original DMCA notice or their agent.

    4. Action Upon Receiving a Valid Counter-Notification

    Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we will:

    • Provide the original complainant with a copy of the counter-notification.

    • Inform them that we may restore the removed material in 10 business days unless we receive notice of a legal action to restrain the material.

    • Restore the material within 10-14 business days if no legal action is reported, unless otherwise required by law.

    5. Repeat Infringer Policy

    Todayzilla reserves the right to terminate accounts or access for users who are repeat infringers of copyrighted material, in accordance with the DMCA.

    6. Limitations of Liability

    Todayzilla is not liable for any errors in content removal or for failure to remove content. We act in good faith to comply with the DMCA and reserve the right to modify this policy at our discretion.
