2. Action Upon Receiving a Valid DMCA Notice
Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:

Take reasonable steps to prevent further infringement.
3. Counter-Notification

4. Action Upon Receiving a Valid Counter-Notification
Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we will:

Restore the material within 10-14 business days if no legal action is reported, unless otherwise required by law.
5. Repeat Infringer Policy
Todayzilla reserves the right to terminate accounts or access for users who are repeat infringers of copyrighted material, in accordance with the DMCA.

Todayzilla is not liable for any errors in content removal or for failure to remove content. We act in good faith to comply with the DMCA and reserve the right to modify this policy at our discretion.
